apparently, im not very blessed for my morning shift on saturday

how can a saturday get so busy, i wonder!
being NIC is no feat easy. and its like shit.

the whole long list of IVs took me 2 hours. so many patients had 3-4 IVS at a time
so many need IV plug
grrrrr

and finally when im done with IV, the kns busy team 2 with ultra blur SN came looking for me
asking me to give D50% (?@?#@?@), start SC fentanyl, send casesssss
grrrrrrrrrrrrrr!

and worse still, MC issue had to come and no one's willing to come back work! hahaha
it wasted more of my time looking for sisters and calling back

and some patients going home and dont want to go home issue. some CGT not complete and becos of daughter is a SN but carer not her insist for discharge!

and patient at iso-room bp drop, and i ask the PN to come help me. she ignored me and continued writing report!

and when we are doing a mini resus, she told me to take over her becos she want to write report!?!?

and apparently, she kan chiong when the doctors ask her to start dopamine...

her spinal nursing patient needs to go for CT scan and she had a new staff nurse tagging with me, and i told her to ask the new SN to send. then she told me... the new SN said she is still new!!!
KNS! she was a AN for so many years and AN can send spinal nursing now SN canot send?
den that new SN told me, when go downstairs need people to transfer the patient to the CT scan bed right!
and i told her that downstairs (meaning CT scan room) got people whaat?!?!?!?
so what she wants? 5 ward staff to go down with her to do log roll is it?!?!

i didnt bothered about her and insisted her on sending the case

before this spinal nursing issue, that blurr staff nurse told me need to send a DIL active case to MRI, so i told her to ask the new SN to send also becos im very busy!
and that new SN, as usual, said she is still new. and she dont know about resus!
kns. the patient is well and walking lorrrr.
fine, DIL active i dont mind, what about the spinal nursing one?!

dont come and show me black face at the end of the day, and im not gonna bother!

and gave sijie hell when she passed over to her. tsk tsk.

help nicole check e trolley. helped wenrui discharge the problematic patient.
set plug for queen was ultra stressful cos she told me to go in at 1 attempt!

i know the entry doesn't flow at all, but it was a hell chaotic day!
well. at least its over.
is it becos its my last few days of working that im getting swayer and swayer?!
or is it that im always that sway!?

well... on leave already.
gotta work hard for assignments and exams!
