friday was morning shift again!
changed by ilfan, cos going to nicole house after work.
NIC for the day, but not so busy, cause there are ilfan,meimei and nicole working.

after work was shopping at toapayoh before heading to nicole's place.
as u can see, eating was our main priority
janice went back to cruel working world after we had lao yu sheng
and we stayed a little while longer after cleaning up her place a little
before i cabbed home.
saturday and sunday was night shift.
saturday was peaceful peaceful shift that i love
but sunday was open cubicle, many admissions day
oh ya, i went to toh hsien yew place before work for steamboat.
at 8am, a pt collapsed like so suddenly that it scares us.
monday, 22/2
my sleeping day but i only slept at 12
as i hasn't finish reading the last article for preparation of my lectures.
and i freaking woke up at 3
went for lessons.
its supposed to start at 5, but i think theres some problem with lily bud the coordinator, no lecture rooms and lecturer available at allocated time slots
so lessons started at 6 instead
ended at 10plus and i headed back home.
dinner at only 11pm, and back to bed at 12.
i know its damn unhealthy to sleep shortly after meals.
but u can seeeeee, im damnnnn "fully booked"
tuesday 23/2
6hours of sleep and i had to go for IV cannulation course
started at 9 as sisters went for CEO townhall.
i slept for a short while during my break, and the sister saw me doing so
and she asked if im very tired.
i replied "yes, i am" LOL!
back to ward at 3plus, when theres nothing for me to do
and mun and izzati dragged me to CEO townhall. hahaha, not dragged exactly, im damn happy to be able to go as i dont wanna stay in the ward.
accompaied mun to have her dinner, and we happily chatted till we forgot the time and she's late for her movie.
met toh hsien yew after that
had my dinner at yoshinoya
back home. chiong tutorial, and i swear, that was damn stressful to see 2 sets of 10 over pages of tut, having to read 8 articles.
that i couldn't take the stress anymore, gave in the my weakling side
and cried like some idiot
slept at 12, woke up at 5 on wednesday for morning shift

went for school after work and had to cab home, cause I'm seriously toooo tired.
slept at 10, cause i couldn't take it anymore
morning shift on thursday, 25th
stupid family conference issue, HO forge ting to bring phone, MO reg and consultant that i've called are all in OT.
family blaming us, drs not found.
i spent 3 hours doing alll these
HAI, im damn sway, seriously.
discharged almost a cubicle today
and handling of the stupid op with whatever standby platelets that taking damn long to arrive.
with all reg, mo, consultant looking for me
went to toh hsien yew house after work for a nap, before heading to NYP for school at 7
forced ong lidan to send me home. LOL
and morning shift again tomorrow with omnicell training
seeing this makes me happy.

after toh hsien yew's birthday, worked 3 morning shift with classes in between which made me damn tired
could only remember Thursday, 11th, went for a lousy pedicure @ far east with Nicole.
but finally i've got a day off on 13th feb, chu xi~!
woke up at 10plus, and got changed.
headed to toh hsien yew's place before we head to ttsh
because i forgot to do the stupid smoking cessation audit and had to do it
and to collect my cheongsam from nicole.
after that was last min shopping before CNY
more for toh hsien yew i think!
bought him a fred perry shoe
walked around but couldn't find anything.
finally bought 2 random dress at max and more, just for the sake of buying. LOL
went to toast box when we got tired of walking.

we headed back to woodlands around 4
and went to heatwave to look at shoes.
saw xinyi working there, lol
and bought a heels. haha
before i went back home to play MJ with my uncles and steamboat later on

14th feb 10, CNY day 1
weeeee! its new year, damn happppppy can!
i love CNY, hahaha!
woke up by toh hsien yew at 1oam and he came to my house with a box of bird nest when my mum and i are still sleeping.
LOL
went to his house around 12
bought his mum bird nest too!
and off to house visiting with him.
first to his paternal grandmother place, then to his maternal side where we spent the whole day there.
to his uncle's place. with all the black jack etc.
and then to his cousin place for MJ
at 12 mn sharp, we ordered mcdonals!
cause CNY day1 ended=no need to go on vegetarian diet! YAY
well, u can see that we celebrated CNY instead of valentines day
lol
CNY day 2
went to Anan's place around 4, though i didn't want to go in the first place, because i wanted to drown myself in articles.
but stupid toh hsien yew forced me to go.
so ya!

my dressing for day 2 was Tshirt and shorts, simply because the weather is damn hot, till my back side wet wet!

Back to work on day 3, morning shift
didn't go to his auntie house after work cause i was too tired.
went back home for a nice sleep and then study.
17th feb, day 4
morning shift.
start of work, sent a pt to ICU because the pt vomited lots of blood.
janice said its pig liver. LOL
but he's the best (in terms of his condition) that i've sent to ICU. GCS 15, conscious, talking, with 2L o2.

well, kena scolded by wound nurse for nothing. sway.
damn the ppl on previous days who dont know how to spell hypergel, damn the person who did not cap the gel.
opened a dressing set with a sissors missing and CSSD wants me to write memo for it.
lol
went for classes after work, and met toh hsien yew @ novena because onglidan sent me to novena! weee!
18th feb, 5th day.
changed shift with noor, so I'm off today.
think I'm too tired... slept till 1pm. lol
and met toh hsien yew at around 3
we went ramen ten @ clementi for dinner.
and class later on.
oh my god, the tutorial questions that's to be done is damn wth la
u need to read 5 articles in order to do that
i almost fainted.
and after the discussions, i still don't know what the heck is it all about.
goodness,kill me.
burn all the articles away because i couldn't understand it.
sucks.
if only i could do that.

9th feb 2010
well, its toh hsien yew birthday and even though i had a day off, but i still had classes in the evening
so plan was:
to go town before class and get his pressie
get mummy to buy the cake before i reach home.
so, off for classes and met him at 9
and back home for a mini celebration for him
cakey cakey!
chocolate cake. u know, pigs love chocolate. lol

my mummy lousy skill which took damn long to take this, haha
make a wish! i hope I'm included. LOL =D
his pressie and a cute little card that is expensive, haha
yes, that's the only thing that i could do for him, out of my busy schedule.

thank u for being that supportive ever since i started school.
and being such a stupid irritant, making me laugh whenever i felt like giving up.
for not blaming me because i couldn't celebrate for u, instead, telling me that studies are more important
for telling me to rest more because u saw that i was very worn out.
for printing so many notes that i needed for me, and lug it all the way to my house
for giving me morning calls every morning even though u calls are always late. lol
for meeting me after work everyday even though you are damn tired.
and so many more.

MY GOD!
damn busy, damn tired
i tell u, it sucks, it really sucks to work and study at the same time.
let me tell you what i've been doing for this horrendous week.
monday, 1st feb 10, commencement of school from 9am-5pm.
we are all drown in the stressful atmosphere there
they went on and on telling us about this and that with their chim-a-nology ang moh, and we were totally drown. maybe only Melissa who is still floating. lol
the very first day, they covered on referencing, assignment criteria etc. goodness.
went off to meet jane, tang and cat after school for sushi tei
finally a day of meet up,though it was only a short while.
very happy that cat drove, LOL
2nd feb, tues
2nd feb, tues
another day of orientation from 9-5pm
and more of reading journals, doing homework on summarising a stupid journal. and i don't know what else.
i think i went back home, ate my dinner downstairs with mummy and toh hsien yew
and stare at the journal blankly before i dozed off somewhere
3rd feb weds, afternoon shift.
i've worked for 2 years, and this is the first time i woke up earlier than 11 when im on afternoon shift.
yes, i woke up at 7, to do the summary of the journal and referencing.
worse still, i realised my com doesnt have Microsoft office.
4th feb, morning shift.
worked team 4, and i couldnt remember much
went for school after work, and tried printing out my summary at the library. lol
and went for classes which ended around 9.
i headed home, touched a little on my bcls before i slept.
5th feb, afternoon
and i woke up again at 7, to study the bcls and doing some of my work.
well bcls was very much a breeze, went on well and ended fast.
went back to ward after that
6th feb, morning as someone changed shift with me
team 1 and jane was my AN. lol.
both of us did hell lot of spongings till 10am.
went back home to sleep after work, and my mother was super irritating play mj at home, knowing that i had to study.
damn irritated and i went causeway point with toh hsien yew to print some articles for homework again.
and back home for more studying.
and back home for more studying.
7th feb, sunday.
morning shift again, this time i was at team2.
u know. discharge issues, ?mean test, dont know la.
i didn't even see all the pts before, some more i dont even know what was passed to me at all.
zzz
went off to town for dinner as a pre-celebrations for pang's birthday.
and bought his lacoste polo tee before we headed home
and i had to start studying again! before i finished off everything and slept at 9
and blew my top because my mum burnt her arm
and there are soo many big blisters but she refused to listen to me and see a dr

morning shift again!!!
team 3 today and u know. PRS pts. zzzzzzz
all plugs had to come out when ivs are due!!
went off for school after work
and today was all about Florence nightingale, nursing processes etc.

gosh, if only i had 48hrs a day
tell me how to not be tired.
i need sleep, and i finally have my day off tomorrow
but i had to wake up early again tomorrow!

morning shift on thurs
team 3, without my student
i think it is damn hard to refer a pt for continence care, cause they keep asking u to repeat PVRU PVRU!
got a bit busy when i discharge this pt who asked so many questions and dont seemed to understand what i say, lol
wanted to go for LNA/dietician talk but all full.
went to town with nicole after work, we walked from far east to DFS to coach, and 313 when we bought dresses again, lol
went back home around 9plus, and met toh hsien yew for supper
and night shift on friday and sat.
slept till 4 on fri and 5 on sat
went for dinner at toa payoh before 2nd night
both nights went really well.
until the ending of our 2nd night
when melissa's new case suddenly desat and all.
and i admitted a not so good case as well in iso room
after i finished passing report, went over to help noor and eng with mel's pt
and the pt's sats are not good at all.
well, u can expect, intubation.
the intubation was damn fast.
and we are only able to settle down and go home by 9, when i had to wake up at 1
cabbed down to amk after meeting toh hsien yew to do my hair
lol, poor toh hsien yew sat down there and waited 4hours till he almost became stone.
and i sat till my butt damn pain!
dinner at amk before we cabbed back to woodlands to settle his army thingy.
and home sweet home.
im damn tired now. i've only slept 2 hrs.
school tomorrow.

anticipating the first day of school tomorrow
