Thursday 17th September 09

afternoon shift
i almost vomited blood when i recieve over
so many medication don't have
so many things not done
transfer out a complain case but NAR not done.
bish!

well, managed to settle all that later on
but was damn irritated with pharmacy because they refused to supply me my warfarin when its already 6 plus and I've sent the d/c since 1pm

had fun gossiping with the students, their 2nd last day

i went back home and ate maggie mee.
goodness, the swollen lips and rashes again, gosh!
don't tell me im really allergic to maggie mee

Friday 18th September 09

afternoon shift again
received report from the same person
but was rather ok

as usual my medication still haven come back at all.
zzz

got a new case, for urgent u/s hbs and op

and later on went for a quick break

and gossiping with students again
and they are always laughing at my floss bun. lol

19th September 09
morning shift

4team SN, 3 team AN
like so weird

lol.
but anyway, was ok lah. raining Saturday
and i got flu like suddenly
only 1 post-op case with hourly para

no clerk and NIC had to do all the discharges
and she .....
haha

this RAI dr did the MC and prescription and no d/c summary
later come and do. and lost the whole stack of case sheet lah!

handed over to miss tan with one last min admission

and went to jack place with my mum, uncle and toh hsien yew

and i went home to sleep like a pig because i got flu

Sunday 20th September 09

morning shift
5 Sn 3 Ans
and im the NIC. i feel so lucky cause got clerk and i don't have to do discharges although there was only 2

so many IVs!
no porter and i had to send case here and there
i almost fall asleep when i sent the pt to xray and he is damn heavy can!

goodness

went to toh hsien yew house after work
and went astons at ssc with his friends

and went back home to sleep again

im forever sleepy
haha!

happy 5 years and 6 months anniversary ah toh!
