Monday 10th august 09
afternoon shift

PH, so the ward aren't busy at all.
just some high bp, clots in urine etc

UNTIL 8pm when i went to give a hydrocort.
the pt went obsessing about bubbles in IV plug
insisting that i change a new set for her
insisting that we are harming her
insisting that there are words in the extension tubing
insisting that there are powders in extension tubing
insisted that the extension tubing changed colours after we put it on her
where there are only ultra MINUTE bubbles

and she claim that she will bring us to court because of bubbles
she insisted of having everything changed infront of her, opening the new packages infront of her
after we done that, she insisted to have her IV plug changed as well.

Tuesday 11th august
morning shift

as usual, after PH, the ward gets super busy
even though it is 4 teams

a pt had so many so many IVs but refused to let nurses set plug on her
and drs no time to set
her mornings ivs not given till 4-5pm
and the pt asking so many so many questions

I'm really damn sway
this pt has clear urine on every shift but just mine that she has gross haematuria

another pt to go home before op and come back for readmission
but ended up she went back in the afternoon

and 3 discharges.

wanted to go home after work, to meet Nicole
but was caught and do role play for SWE
ended up stayed back till 5pm

Wednesday 12th august 09
morning shift again

lucky there was 4 teams
and this pt had so many so many things to do before transferring to another team

and you tell me whether I'm that sway or not
AUDIT comes
this is the 4th consecutive month i kena audit day
its lucky that they never ask me any questions because i was damn busy doing the changes for the pt transferring to another team.
i think my luck change for the better some how. lol

1 admission when I'm damn busy at 8
and no one did the admission for me till i went there at 9
zz, seriously.

1 ICU transfer-in
but pt was stable

and busy with some zhap ba lang things here and there.
finally ended work

ichiban with toh hsien yew
and i went home and slept like a pig. hahaha!

and HOW?
tai feng is damn scary!
