night shift

everything went well until i admitted the hypoglycemic case
the "as usual" hourly hypocount
when i called the oncall he actually told me he was there 5min ago and asked me how come nobody told him abt the new case
hello, how i know le. i wasn't at the counter wad.

but the pt actually went hypo till he turned restless
and the on-call is so weird, ordering drip that don't exist etc
wants to check bloods cm but don't want to key in
saw a high alert sticker on D50 and ask me wads that for.
give D50% den hypocount increases later went hypo again
and give D50% again den hypo again

at the same time when i was handling this hypo hypo issue
23 has left face jerking
24 has right face jerking
29 has headache
AN off the wrong catheter for wrong pt.zz

and i had to rush through giving the morning ivs
rush through all the 6am, premeal meds
all the hourlys.

and finally able to go back home
saw yaptang at mrt station and got to know she's on night too
yes! company for breakfast tml!

aiya, i hate 2nd night, cause i cant sleep past 3pm
and i had to force myself to sleep when i cant.
