Monday morning
i was very depress that im morning on Monday
was other than because one of my pt is going to KWS at 10am and nothing was up, and really literally nothing
guess wad. the pt also had RT at 3pm
ok first thing first in the morning.
EIMR server down. and to pick a medication, it took ages
and the ITD couldn't do anything about it.

i took like so long to settle my kws dc
because. stupid kws told me that they don't have transport to send the pt for RT at 3
and i had to squeeze the pt in for RT
and worse thing, the pt daughter cannot make it in the afternoon

i had to call RT to arrange, kws, pt daughter
and finally everything settled by asking the daughter to go kws first to settle the admission den send the pt via ambulance there-luckily the pt daughter was very nice and not fussy
and guess wad, kws called the dr and told her that they will send the pt for RT at their side
then i had to call kws all over again
and that kws phone number doesn't have a direct line and i had to go through the "for English press1, for admission press 2" kind of thing
then they finally decided to go for the "go RT first" plan
and the pt not only has this, she also has MDC on my birthday, lol.
and my clerk don't really know about wad to do, so i had to call and send the pt up for counselling
not only that, the pt's prescription has fentanyl patch
and the dr has to write a manual prescription
and she just couldnt write it the super ma fan way the pharmacy wants it, and i had to tube down 3 amended copy.
because they kinda want it to be written "twelve microgram per hour, for ten patches" kind of thing. canot write numerical digits

and i have to go down to pharmacy to collect the medication myself as there is fentanyl patch

when im struggling to do this,
i open up my eimr and saw 4 units of platelet, stat iv antibiotics for a super confused pt
who pulls out 3-4 plugs a day
when my platelets finally arrive from sgh, the pt pull out plug, mo not free to check, pt relative want to AOR stat, called the reg, had to wait.
then the reg insisted on giving the platelets and not agreeable for me to return the platelet.

when the pt is so so so confused that she is refusing for us to touch her, turning violent
and they had to off my only hope, 0.2mls of halo BD. (i was still telling the reg about it la)
and when i open my aurora, my DIL active pt going for CT scan.
who needs consent, bla bla bla.
when im preparing to help my afternoon staff send the pt at 3plus, the consultant came and made rounds.
i waited till almost 4, they weren't done yet
so i had to pass to the afternoon shift which only had 3 sn and nicole.
felt kinda bad.
and my iso-room pt who has to go TBCU
lalala
and GRM off-ing catheter and PURU-ing
pt pulling out NGT twice
wad to do. Monday morning.
i was so tired that i went home st away without eating anything.
and slept till 8pm, turning hypo.
haha, so unlike me not to eat.
