afternoon shift on Friday
was kinda sian when they throw me back to team one when i was team 2 on Thu
oh well.
i only turned kind of busy when 10c transferred in a complain case
and the 10c staff seriously, -.-
she called me around 6pm, passing over the case to me.
telling me first dose IVs not given (including maxalon la) and then know what? the pt was vomiting away.
and she WANTS TO TRANSFER THE CASE OVER WITHOUT GIVING THE FIRST DOSE

and i ask her to settle it before sending over
later on she called me again at 8pm
telling me the first dose is settled and the doctor took cardiac enzymes
then u know what? she told me to HELP her with the ECG because if she send over after she do the ECG and it will be after 8, so i might not want to recieve the case.

and i found a pressure sore when she came
and i took the bp, it was 71/41 on dinamap
i asked the staff, she said she only had excoriation and no pressure ulcer and didn't even bother to go over and see. and she told me i must take manually for the bp and it will be over 100.
so we took a manual bp and its only 85/45mmhg
and then we ran fast drip and refer cardio.

morning on saturday sucks
and they had to ask me to guide the NUS student.
thousand of things to do.
esp the RM pt with chest tube.
so many teams coming to see her, and each of them had so many changes la
first pain team. off PCA. fine. and the later on the NC came bugging me to discard the morphine at like 1pm when im the busiest and busiest.
then the RM team, asking me so much qn and coming so many times to irritate me.
then the cardio-thoracic team. change chest tube bottle, put on 10cm h20 suction, sit the pt out of bed; etc la.
and this relative threatening to complain
because i don't know which kuku tell her that Friday (public holiday), doctors work from 8-5pm
and she came in the afternoon and couldn't get the doctors to update her
and when she came on Saturday morning, she stood at the round table and refused to move because she want the doctor to see her there; if not she says we will forget about her.
and despite whatever i say; like I've already called the doctor to go and update her, sorry about yesterday etc; she still gave me that very fucked up attitude

but i was only able to go over after i did all my things and change my chest tube bottle.
it was about 1.30 lar
she was quite bu shuang cause i told her to ask her relative to come about 1-2pm
sarcastic in a way la.
this pt had op on both legs but she was still able to walk la. and this colleague of mine still scolded me because i never offer to refer HNF for home dressing.
like what the hell, she already had OPS wad, and she is able to walk la.

finished work like finally
and met my piggie
wanted to eat Indian curry
so he brought me to centre point attempting to find one
but couldn't. torture me after one tiring day of work by walking round and around centre point
we ended up eating some eastern restaurant which is actually xiao long bao restaurant
we walked around and i got super tired.
hahaha
and super irritated when this pig took hours choosing red wine and cheese
then we headed to his BMT friend's condo for his 21st birthday celebration
i slept like a log on the bus
hahhaha
he carried my heavy bag around for the whole day. hahaha!
we bought cheese, crackers, ritz, grapes and red wine
hahahaa. act high class.
but its nice la.
and there goes the drinking game.
his friends are so LOL when they get drunk
while me, super tired after my morning, almost dozing off while playing the games
so, his friends kept asking the nurse to drink to keep me awake.

and lastly, his friend's merlion expulsion. lol
Sunday.
slept till 1pm while me and piggie had to be chauffeur for the day
wasted our precious time together because we wanted to catch a movie but ended up, we couldn't
nvm, next week then
went to his dad's factory to get the car
and to his house to pick toh xinyi up.
then to buy some things and then sent her and her friends to sembawang park
while me and piggie then went back to causeway point
and now i can say that, we drove to causeway point!
whahahahaha!
Seoul garden today; my treat.
$60+ for not nice food. hahaha
and this stupid toh hsien pang keep laughing at fat ppl.

both of us smells like a barberque chicken after seoul garden. hahaha!
and i drove him back to his house after we walked around
feels so weird to drive la.

i slept on his sofa while he bathe
and he sweetly put a pillow under my head and cover me with cardigan
and then he drove me back home without letting me buy my bubble tea.

and after i got home, i went causeway point to buy bubble tea and yan shu ji
very nice can!
