2 days of morning.

Thursday was very busy
many discharges
and i went gaga looking for dressings for one of my pt.
and his wound is humongous can!
2 wound on the calf with 30cmX10cmX5cm depth
and 3 wound on the meta-tarsal 15cmX5cmX3cm
zzzz

that infection control nurse is so irritating
don't know what she is talking about also
and i think she is confused by herself.

and as usual admission at medication time
ERCP discharge with SDA
do LP
transfer to AMKCH
confused ++ pt.

ajisen with meimei
and went home to sleep like nobody's business

and Friday morning
was slightly better than Thursday one
maybe because all those multi-disciplines made rounds later than 8, no one snatches our imr and clinical chart, asking for translator etc.

did many spongings
inserted an NGT
did a dressing

pt going hypo hypo
irritating NL doctor quarrelling with me asking me to put up a drip that doesn't even exist
and refused to listen to me, hung up my phone
and of cos, i irritated her by calling her again because the hypocount is still low
and she said "what? u mean u haven't put up the drip from just now?"
and i already told her there is no such drip.
simply don't understand English
and her attitude sucks.

and a pt getting angry for no reason after we gave her ducolax
scolding everyone she sees, complaining to her son.
and i had to call his son to explain.
lol!

admitted a pt who is very weird.
seemed abit confused and psy.
lol

at the end of the day,
i felt body aching and feverish
zzz

went home and slept till 2am.
i actually didn't eat for the whole day.
i think i was drowsy when piggied called
didn't know wad did i said

but sleeping helps
now im feeling much better
after taking paracetamol.

i must get well before night shift tomorrow.
