went to the kim gary hongkong cafe to have our lunch+dinner
walked around
it was a funilicious day out with pang
went to Toys R'us

went to orchard coz pang wanted to buy a book from kinokuniya
bought a jap mag there
really envy jap girls
coz they have their own designer to design those branded stuffs.

finished my 3 nights..
finished my 3 nights..
only to say-was v tiring~
to reach at 7pm and leave the ward at 8.30am
first night was damn busy
was with my preceptor. lihong
lihong is damn nice lorrr. so helpful..
nv fail to teach me if i duno anything
it was a fun night
took 13 cases
=D
2nd night was quite boring
but the staff was good that night

took 17 cases
after 2am i've got nth else to do.
3rd night
took onli 10 cases
was quite free most of the time

coz i was together with this new SN.
lets call her SN L
she's new
she's very soft-spoken
i can see that she tries very hard to do her things well
but she's just too soft spoken and indecisive in doing her things
that the staffs in the ward didnt really like working with her
i mean
when a patient fall...
u should be patient-orientated
and not be like running to a senior staff and ask-the patient fell, how ar?
but sometimes i really pity her
coz she's in so much stress
and some of the ward staffs are so bad lar...
they would say things like "that SN can cope with a HCA but if its SN L, confirm canot"
and they would say that infront of her de lorr..
so ke lian
wanted to help her that night
but she simply dun communicate to me at all
she canot even trust me to do things, how to help her?
know what will she ask me??
-when u bring the patient to toilet, must gold the patient u noe...later the patient fall..
-when u take BP, any abnormalities u must tell me ok...nvm later i check for u..
i mean its like...im not v senior in my work or wad
but all these simple simple things...
i believe i can cope???
i told the SN tianshu abt this, she was like laughing lar~
aiyo~~~ duno wad to say...
i was damn free that night.
coz i didnt do much of staff nurse job
i finished my report at 1plus am
and there was patient who fell
and the night sister told me to sit outside the cubicle and look at the patient
haha....ridiculous right?
but i did that for 2 whole hours
other than that was helping SN L here and there
and most of the time helping tian shu and chatting with her.
hahaz.
now i got 4 days off.
to replenish my sleep!
and shopping!!
